£45 minimum charge
Attempted work
Applies if work has begun but cannot be completed due to:
- -Unsupported ECU
- -Communication failure
- -Locked ECU
- -Previous tuning
- -Low battery voltage
- -Software corruption
- -Non-original software
- -Any issue outside our control
Never applied if work hasn't started.
Right to refuse
When we say no
We may refuse vehicles with active faults, damaged wiring, poor battery health, unverifiable prior tuning, or anything making remapping unsafe. This applies to both mobile and workshop appointments.
